Sales And Marketing For South Region
Role Description: BR Engineering is looking for a dynamic Sales/Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the South region, specifically based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting our engineering products. The role involves extensive travel within the South region to meet clients and secure business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and opportunities in the assigned regions (South or North).
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to regional needs and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Present technical products to customers, explaining features and benefits in relation to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, R&D) to meet client demands and provide solutions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
- Maintain and track sales performance, report on sales activities, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Be flexible to travel across the assigned regions (South or North) for field sales activities, approximately 10-12 days per month.
- Manage travel arrangements and meet clients in person, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within the Engineering field. Experience in the Plastic Industry is preferred.
- Graduate in any relevant field.
- Fluent in Hindi, and English (Read, Write, and Speak).
- Strong understanding of Field Sales and Territory Knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Flexible for traveling to assign territory and meeting clients across different regions.
