The responsibilities of a quality control executive are as follows:

• Research the requirements, quality and features of products
• Understand customers’ needs
• Embrace quality standards
• Read design drawings, give data related to materials
• Check the quality of input materials, eliminate defective materials in the production process
• Test product samples to ensure output quality
• Propose improvement and remedy plans if the product does not meet quality standard
• Check product profile information to ensure accuracy, quality and production situation in time
• Monitor and ensure the production process always meets hygiene and safety requirements
• Inspect production machinery and equipment
• Directly manage documents related to purchase, sale, acceptance
• Make a report of nonconformities occurring during the inspection
• Make corrective and preventive reports during production and inspection
• Report on work related to quality management tasks
